 FactoryServer MES provides detailed product information and a greater
level of detail about how products were manufactured. The system is designed to track a product through all facets of the
manufacturing production process. FactoryServer MES captures both shop-floor data and real-time manufacturing data
by scanning 1d or 2d barcodes on sub-assemblies, inventory and finished goods. From receiving to shipping, maintain a detailed
audit trail of products to provide a complete “as-built”
product genealogy and full accounting of all the scrap and raw materials that
were used in the production process. The software works with standard barcode
scanners, fixed mount scanners and barcode printers or 2D marking lasers.
