The Cordless Hand Scanner (CHS) Series 7 offers wireless
bar code scanning to meet a wide range of application requirements and
make mobile scanning convenient and simple. The CHS Series 7 includes the
versatile Linear CMOS technology as well as the power of laser bar code
scanning technology with the convenience of Bluetooth® Wireless Technology
in a single compact, light-weight product that fits comfortably in your
hand. The CHS 7M and 7P features fuzzy logic scanning technology for
reading damaged, poor quality or hard-to-read bar code labels. All CHS
Series 7 products offer a powerful Class 1 Bluetooth radio to assure the
maximum possible cordless range – even when connected to the weaker Class
2 radios used in most mobile computers.
The CHS Series 7 is supported by Socket’s SocketScan™
keyboard emulation software and software developer’s kit (SDK).
