Shipping Rates - *Free Shipping applies only to online orders shipped 2-Day in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and
Hawaii are charged standard shipping rates. Shipping is charged for
labels, paper, media and certain special order hardware. All other orders
will be shipped at standard ground and overnight rates.

Limited Availability - If an item you order is not in stock, we
will not process your order until we confirm the item's delivery status
with you. You may cancel your order if the delivery status of a
backordered item is not satisfactory.
Sales Policy - All sales submitted on the web site are final.
Prices subject to change without notice. ScanPlanet.com is not responsible
for typographical or other errors.
Return Policy - Items may be returned within 7 days for refund
in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Customer is
responsible for return shipping. Please call 1 (800) 842-2790 to receive a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and shipping instructions.
Defective Items - Defective items may be returned for refund or
replacement subject to the following restrictions: You must contact
ScanPlanet.com to get an RMA#. All products must be returned in original
condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and
accessories. Defective software and consumables are non-refundable unless
returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation. Some
hardware items may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
Special orders may not be returned. All returns must be shipped freight
prepaid. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking
fee and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance)
are not refundable.
Warranty Information - All product are covered by the standard
manufacturers warranty. Please refer to the products’ warranty information
for service. ScanPlanet.com honors all manufacturer's warranties and will
help you if you run into a product defect.
Order Cancellations - We reserve the right to cancel a sale or
to issue an RMA for merchandise that is advertised in error, is
unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was
shipped in error.
System Availability - We make every effort to maintain 100%
system availability, however, we are not responsible for orders that are
not accepted or processed due to technical difficulties.
